Nearly two-thirds of workers (64 percent) believe they will change careers at some point in the future, according to a 2010 survey by Kelly Services, a Michigan-based work force solutions company.

In fact, today's workers must be prepared to reinvent themselves several times throughout their careers, according to "Now More Than Ever, a Need for Bold Ambition," a 2011 article in the Chronicle of Higher Education, which was co-written by C.L. Max Nikias, president of the University of Southern California.
